Framing to Finishing

(2024) Graham Construction, Fortis BC, CoV, V23003 Control building

In this project, we were requested to bid on finishing the control building at the Fortis BC and City of Vancouver biogas project. The project is located at the City of Vancouver landfill site in Delta, BC. To finish this project, we carried out steel stud framing, fire blocking, insulation and drywall services with both our in-house team and our team of sub-trades.

Exterior Finishing

Heritage Home Exterior refinish

Our clients at this heritage home in one of New Westminster’s oldest neighbourhoods wanted their home to look like it did over a hundred years ago. The scope of work- remove and replace pine soffits and cedar shingle siding. We erected our in-house scaffolding equipment and with this we easily accessed the dormers on the home. We worked with our preferred team of painters and made sure to paint materials before and after installation to accomplish the best possible finish.

House Renovation & Updates

Williams Lake basement suite renovation

In this project, we traveled to Williams Lake, BC and were tasked with executing a basement suite remodel aimed as a rental investment for our client. Being an investment property, cost-value and a carefully curated estimate was necessary to adhere to. To achieve a stronger return on investment, we changed layout in the suite
to accommodate a better use of the space, such as adding one more functional bedroom space.

With sustainability and cost in mind, we sourced materials from homes that were meant for demolition such as doors, laminate flooring and kitchen cabinets.
